New York

So hey people I know,

I am planning a trip to New York for spring break so I can do some
informational interviews that will hopefully lead to a job.

I was wondering if any of you might have any insight into people I should contact
before I go out there that would be open to meeting with someone like me?

I am looking into art direction positions in publishing, specifically in
children's book publishing, though I am open to pretty much any
opportunity at this point in my life!

I appreciate any advice you might have and would be very happy to meet
with you and refresh you on my portfolio and talk to you more about this!

Thank you so much,
Bethy

DUDE, I WANT TO GO TOO.
I don't know much about publishing stuff, but you should for sure check out the stationery show; it's amazing and it's a great way to meet lots and lots of people in product design.

The only thing I can suggest is talking to Doug in the Alumni office. There are MCADers all around and I'm sure a lot in New York and they might be about to help.
